If there is an urgent problem and you are currently a patient of record, please call our office at (302) 239-5272 and we will accommodate you as soon as possible.

If the office is closed, you will be given specific instructions on how to obtain emergency advice or care.

If you have an urgent problem and you are currently a patient of record, please call our office (302) 239-5272 and we will accommodate you as soon as possible. Often we can see you the same day. On weekends we are part of a local group of doctors who provide emergency coverage in the event of an urgent problem. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and do our best to arrange appointments that work well with your schedule. If you are not able to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice. Any appointment cancelled or missed without 48 hours notice is subject to a $50 fee. Should you miss three appointments without prior notice to us, we will not be able to schedule future appointments for you and appreciate your understanding.

Insurance Payments Summary
We are a fee-for-service practice and will accept all insurance benefit assignments. However, at this time, we only are participating providers with Cigna and Delta Dental. We gladly process claims for services rendered as a courtesy to our patients, however the patient is ultimately responsible for his/her payment and relationship with their insurer.

Financial Arrangements
All financial arrangements are made individually and privately. In addition to the insurance payment arrangements discussed above, we accept all major credit cards and also participate in CareCredit®.
